The brooch is inspired by the wide skies and dazzling pale sun over Dartmoor's High Moor, evoked by a beautiful citrine, hand engraving and gold accents.
Specifications:
Made with recycled precious metals. The front of the brooch is made from fine silver with hand engraving and 24ct gold accents, applied using the keum boo gilding process. The citrine is held in place by sterling silver claws. The brooch pin is made from sterling silver.
Sri Lankan round cut 12mm citrine, ethically sourced from Nineteen48 Ltd.
Handcrafted on the edge of Dartmoor in Emma Whittaker's workshop. Hallmarked by the London Assay Office. Brooch dimensions: length 50mm x width 20mm, depth 10mm-1mm approx. 12mm, round cut, citrine.
