If I fits, I sits cat sculpture. The bottom part of the sculpture is a vintage mid 1900's shop "dummy display" battery (actually made from wood), from the Netherlands - In itself, this is quite a rare little item. The little vintage 1930's painted lead cat sits in a tiny box. The box is from the early 1900's, and is carved ebony. To this, I have added some black and white stripy tin, from a 1950's cigarettes tin. An antique glass topped hat pin from the late 1900's acts at the stand for the upper part, on to which I have added the words, in stamped vintage tin fragments.
The whole piece stands at 13cm.
