The Wood And The Clay by Blandine Anderson
The Wood And The Clay by Blandine Anderson
This book reads as an autobiography, but it is really about the ideas that are formed throughout our lives and linger on in our memories, images that take hold in the psyche and become part of our essential selves, so that whether we like it or not, we return to them again and again.
Blandine has established a reputation as an artist intent on pushing creative boundaries and has gained an enthusiastic following for her hugely collectable one-off sculptural works.
Blandine's showcase, on display in The Wheel Room at MAKE Southwest , 18 September - 14 November 2026, celebrates the launch of this, her third book and is a collection of related ceramic works and display of supporting found and natural objects.
